Privacy notice

What we collect

When you register for a course: your name, your email address and the course you chose. When you send a team inquiry: your name, email, company, the number of participants, the course you prefer and the notes you add. Phone numbers are optional. We do not collect payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

To process your registration or inquiry, confirm your seat, send you the practical details of the course, and answer your questions. We may also tell you about the next run of the course you registered for. Nothing else.

Where it is kept

Submissions are sent to the Academy team inbox at connect@dotment.com and kept there, together with any record the team needs to run the course. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and are only passed to a trainer so that a course can be delivered.

How long we keep it

For the course cycle you registered for and up to twelve months after it, so we can confirm attendance and certificates. Team inquiries are kept while the conversation is open and for up to twelve months after.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it — we will, unless we must keep a record of a delivered course.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or third-party tracking service. It does count visits, on its own, so we can see which pages are read and which are ignored.

To tell one visit from another, your browser is given a random number that is stored on your device and replaced every day. It is not linked to your name or email, it is not shared with anyone, and it is gone by the next morning — so we can see how many people read a page today, and we cannot tell that you were also here last week.

What is recorded is the page, the time, how long it was open, the site or campaign that sent you, your browser language, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and your browser's own time-zone setting. No IP address is collected. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded at all.

Terms of registration

Registering

Submitting the registration form is a request for a seat. Your seat is confirmed when the DOTMENT team writes back with the dates, the venue or platform, the price and the practical details. Until then nothing is binding on either side.

Pricing and payment

Course prices, invoicing and payment terms are stated in the confirmation email. A seat is secured when payment is received, unless your confirmation says otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

You may transfer your seat to a colleague at any time by telling us. If you need to cancel, tell us as early as you can; the notice period and any fee are stated in your confirmation. If DOTMENT has to reschedule or cancel a course, you may move to the next date or receive a full refund of any fee paid.

Course materials

Materials, templates and recordings remain the intellectual property of DOTMENT. You may use them in your own work and inside your organization; please do not resell or republish them.

Conduct

Courses are small-group, practical sessions. Participants share real cases from their organizations; what is shared in the room stays in the room.

DOTMENT may update this page; the version shown at the time of your registration applies to it. Last updated August 2026.
