Privacy notice
What we collect
When you register for a course: your name, your email address and the course you chose. When you send a team inquiry: your name, email, company, the number of participants, the course you prefer and the notes you add. Phone numbers are optional. We do not collect payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
To process your registration or inquiry, confirm your seat, send you the practical details of the course, and answer your questions. We may also tell you about the next run of the course you registered for. Nothing else.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored in a DOTMENT-managed registration sheet that only the Academy team can open. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and are only passed to a trainer so that a course can be delivered.
How long we keep it
For the course cycle you registered for and up to twelve months after it, so we can confirm attendance and certificates. Team inquiries are kept while the conversation is open and for up to twelve months after.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it — we will, unless we must keep a record of a delivered course.

Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. If DOTMENT enables page analytics, it will be a standard, anonymised visit count and this notice will say so.
