A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), he holds an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of East London and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and HR M&A Professional. His work spans organization design, total rewards, executive compensation, LTIP and succession frameworks, HR analytics, and AI-enabled HR — consistently strengthening governance and enabling long-term value creation in complex, multi-entity environments.

Across sectors including real estate, telecommunications, FMCG, financial services, healthcare, and government, he has led post-M&A integration on transactions exceeding USD 100M, delivered multi-million-dollar cost-optimization and workforce-transformation programs, and driven organization-design change enabling up to 2× business capacity. His interventions have reduced turnover by more than 50% and elevated engagement above 82% through culture, EVP, and experience-led design.
